
It's never too early to teach self-care principles to your children. Yoga practice is a great way to teach children stress management and relaxation techniques.
Join us for a 3 part kids yoga class series at the YWCA Central Carolinas. These FREE fun-filled classes, led by The SheFirst Project founder and certified kids yoga instructor, Alexandra Sampson, are a great way to introduce yoga to your little ones in a fun-filled environment.
DETAILS:
3-week series (September 8, September 22, September 29)
*No class September 15
*September 29th class is a family class for both kids and their parents; all other classes are kids only
9:30am-10am - Ages 3-5
10:15am-10:45am - Ages 6-12
The classes are FREE with a YWCA 4-class pass. Please note that class sizes are limited, and students are admitted on a first-come, first-admitted basis. Additional details are available on the YWCA website.
