Prepare and recite morning affirmations
Affirmations are statements that help us to push out negative thoughts and replace them with new, positive thoughts and images that are stated in the present (even if the statements are things we're still working towards). Daily affirmations are to the mind what physical exercise is to the body.
Today, prepare a list of affirmation statements and recite them. If you already have a list of affirmations that you recite regularly, try thinking of maybe 1 or 2 new statements you can add to your list.
