Go to Bed 30 Minutes Earlier

Healthy sleep habits are a critical component of any self-care routine. According to the National Sleep Foundation, adults should aim for 7 - 9 hours of sleep each night.  Tonight, try going to bed 30 minutes earlier than your normal bedtime. If you're already getting 9+ hours of sleep at night (kudos to you) go to bed on time and try to convince a loved one to take on today's sleep challenge.
