Listen to 15 minutes of music you love
Music has been described as a hotline to human emotion. Think about it, music has the ability to cause us to dance our hearts out, cry our eyes out, and to take us back to specific moments in time. It can help us unwind from a busy day, or get us revved up for a night out on the town. There are a number of scientific reasons why you should add music to your self-care regimen.
Today's challenge is to spend 15 uninterrupted minutes listening to music you love. It can be dance hits, slow jams, classic country, or whatever else gets you going. Just be sure to pay attention to the emotions that are stirred as you listen to your tunes. Feel them, name them, be in touch with them.
