Sit in nature and be still, quiet for a few minutes
There's something about being out in nature -- the peace, the natural beauty, the fresh air. Being outside allows us to get in touch with our inner being. Plus, there are a number of science-backed reasons why spending more time outside is good for your health.
Take a few minutes to sit quietly outside. Pay attention to how your body, mind, and inner being feels when you're done. Going forward try incorporating "nature breaks" during your work day. It's a great way to get a little self-care time in during lunch or other work breaks.
