It's time to get active. Take a walk or go for a run outside today.
Outdoor, or "green", exercise has a number of benefits, including the ability to enhance your mood, low cost, and ease of access (goodbye gym commute). Add in a little relational self-care by inviting friends and family to join you for your outdoor sweat session.
If it's sunny outside, reap the benefits of a little natural Vitamin D, and if it's raining don't necessarily cancel your outdoor exercise session. A little exercise in the rain can be quite refreshing. Just be sure the rain is non-threatening and that you're prepared for the weather.
